Allen-Bradley SP-110997

Part number SP-110997 is a field control armature pulse board operational at a voltage range of 300 to 375 volts AC. This printed board assembly is manufactured by Allen-Bradley, and it comes with four (4) outputs. These four outputs are 11-bit digital to analog outputs that are easily programmable according to certain requirements. The actual configuration of this board is dependent on specific application requirements. Two (2) types of parameters are associated with this field control board: set-up and configurable parameters. The set-up parameters are involved in the programming of the board functions. While the configurable parameters monitor the operation of Bulletin 1395 products. It is a static-sensitive device; therefore, it should be stored in an anti-static bag. Before mounting, it is important to determine which port it will be connected to. Then it is mounted using five-panel screws and one Phillips head screw. The analog Inputs / Outputs are present at J4 while the digital inputs/outputs are present at J3. The SP-170130 and SP-170131 boards of the digital DC 1395 drives supersedes this SP-110997 field control board. All external wiring to this board is terminated at the bottom of the drive, which is present at the terminal block TB3 location. 

The outputs of the Allen-Bradley SP-110997 convert a drive signal of ± 2048 to a ± 10 volts DC analog output. The effective range of this drive’s signal can be amplified to ± 32767 through offset and scale parameters. This board features either a 120 volts AC or 10 volts DC board configuration, while other aspects of this product include four (4) resistors with a power rating of 2 watts each, a weight of 0.23 kilograms, a temperature range of  0 °C to 60 °C, and a 95% non-condensing relative humidity rating. The physical dimensions of this device measure 28 cm x 8 cm x 3.8 cm.
