The GE Fanuc IC610CPU106 is a CPU module that operates with Series One Programmable Controllers. This CPU module includes an upgraded 3.7K Word memory capacity allowing it to operate advanced programs using ladder logic. The CPU is able to scan a maximum capacity program in just 36 milliseconds. It offers timers that can be programmed at 0.1 or 0.01 second intervals. It offers 64 registers and allows up to 128 registers if timers and counters are not used.

The IC610CPU106 is a CPU module belonging to the Series One product line offered by Emerson - GE Fanuc. This Central Processing Unit offers scan times as low as 36 milliseconds for a 3.7K word program. The total real scan time includes overhead time, which is typically measured at 4 to 5 milliseconds. The CPU only scans programmed memory. It includes a memory capacity of up to 3700 words and features CMOS memory. The CPU includes timers that are programmable to 0.01 seconds instead of the standard 0.1 seconds. The module supports up to 168 I/O devices nd can handle up to 96 remote systems. This unit includes 144 internal coils including 4 coils reserved for special functions and 28 retentive coils. The CPU has 64 timers and counters that operate using 4 digits. Up to 128 shift register stages are offered in this CPU, and the module includes 64 sequencers at 1000 steps each. The module offers 64 data registers that store memory in a 16-bit format. The number of data registers increases to 124 with unused T/C references. The CPU has a typical battery life between 2 to 5 years when loaded and between 8 to 10 years when unloaded. The AC power required by the 1C610CHS101 / 110 / 130 rack is rated at 115 volts to 230 volts AC with a rated power of 30 volt-amperes at maximum load. The DC power required is rated at 30 volts DC at maximum usage, with an output current rating of 1.4 amperes at 5 volts DC.
