The IC660TBD023 terminal assembly is part of GE Fanuc's Genius I/O line of industrial terminal assemblies. The IC660T, IC660TB, and IC660TBD are the block variants for which this Genius I/O terminal assembly is designed. The terminal assembly contains 16 sink inputs and outputs and is utilized with block types that operate on DC sources of power with input voltage values of 24 Volts. On the load side of the IC660TBD023 terminal assembly, there are individual LED signs for each circuit, as well as conventional LED indications on the block. The terminal features a 1500 Volt block to prevent isolation and dissipates heat at a rate of 68.8 Watts. The terminal needs a DC power rated current of 150 milliamperes average and 300 milliamperes maximum, with a power supply dropout time of 10 milliseconds.
 When the input is on, the GE IC660TBD023 terminal assembly has a standard input power range from 0 to 8 Volts DC, and when the input is off, the voltage range is 17 to 24 Volts DC. The input impedance of the component is typically 1.8 kiloohms. The selected input filter takes 5 to 100 milliseconds to complete, and the IC660TBD023 terminal assembly includes over temperature, faulty switch component, and open wire diagnostic capabilities. At a temperature of 35 degrees Celsius, the terminal assembly has an output current of 2 amps per circuit and a block output current of 15 amps. The output turn-on delay time is 1 millisecond, and the highest switching frequency is once for each second.
