The product range of expansion memory modules consists of two memory capacity units: 32 and 64 Megabytes. The IC754ACC64MEM is a 64 Megabytes module. The module has a connection side with 100 pin SO-DIMM in arrangement with two notches. This memory device type is DRAM, standing for dynamic random access memory. The integrated modules this unit has are 4, which is the maximum device number for the product range. The memory owns a bus width of 32 bits and runs bus at speed of 100 Megahertz or faster.
