The GE Fanuc Emerson IC694MDL240 is an input module that includes sixteen (16) input points which support a voltage range from zero (0) Volts AC to 132 Volts AC at a frequency range from 50 Hertz to 60 Hertz with a single common power terminal. The IC694MDL240 inputs are resistor/capacitor (reactive) which can be employed in many applications such as limit, electronic proximity, and pushbutton switches, and they are labeled with green LED indicators to show the on/off status of inputs. The IC694MDL240 employs the backplane optical isolation offered by optocouplers to provide electrical isolation of 250 Volts between logic and field sides and 250 Volts between groups. The IC694MDL240 can be easily mounted in any input or output slots of the RX3i system. This input module needs an AC power supply only. It provides an on response time of 30 milliseconds and an off response time of 45 milliseconds.

The IC694MDL240 draws a current of 90 milliamperes at a voltage of +5 Volts DC.
