Part number IC695ACC412 is a replacement cap pack for an Emerson - GE Fanuc energy pack. The IC695ACC412 cap pack includes a capacitor with a 5-year life span. This GE Fanuc cap pack is designed to be mounted on the bottom of the power supply unit. When mounting the cap pack on the power supply, it must be completely disconnected from the power supply. All of the LEDs (light emitting diodes) must be off during installation. When replacing the IC695ACC412, the power cycle must be interrupted until the capacity of the new battery is charged and fully functional. Remove the four (4) screws from the bottom of the power supply block and remove the IC695ACC412 cover from the base. The new power supply block can then be slid over the socket and connected to the module and socket terminals. Do not over tighten the screws, or else the cover may be damaged. Once the cover pack is in place, the "STAT" light on the power pack will illuminate green until the pack is fully charged. Do not disconnect the power pack from the power supply during this time.

The GE Fanuc IC695ACC412 cap pack should be operated within an environment where the temperature ranges from -25 to 60 degrees Celsius. Additionally, when storing this device, the temperature of the surrounding environment should range from -40 to 85 degrees Celsius, or the equivalent temperature range of -40 to 185 degrees Fahrenheit. The humidity levels suitable for this device range from 5% to 95% and should be non-condensing.
