The IC695ALG616 16/8 Channel Analog input Module features a single slot. The power rating on this input unit is 3.3 Volts: 450 milliamperes; 5 Volts: 600 milliamperes. Manufactured by GE Fanuc, this module is part of the RX3i PACSystems series. It comes equipped with 8 differential input channels, and 16 single-ended or. It is a special type of non-isolated differential analog input. It supports varying current voltage ratings. Users can separately configure each of the input channels on this module.

It can be installed with different types of terminal blocks starting with spring style, extended spring style, box style, and extended box terminal blocks. It is meant to be configured and set up with the RX3i ​​​​Backplane. This GE Fanuc Automation IC695ALG616 Analog Input Module comes with a full auto-calibration feature. Furthermore, it comes equipped with a built-in error checking feature. 

The GE Fanuc IC695ALG616 16/8 Channel Analog Input Module also comes with an open circuit detection feature. It features a high alarm, high-high alarm, low alarm, and low-low alarm features. It also features a fault reporting option per channel. It only requires one second to detect any errors in the circuit board. It also comes with error verification functionalities. For storing data, and processing commands, this Analog input module comes with dedicated flash memory. The memory also helps with detecting the removal of terminal blocks. If it detects any abnormal fluctuations in the current flow, it will automatically shut down. It is done using the negative, and positive current change alarm.
