The IC695CPL410 is an RX3i controller module with integrated Linux that is manufactured by GE Fanuc Automation as a part of an industrial Internet Control System. This powerful modular Programmable Automation Controller features a single control engine and a universal programming environment to provide portability to the application across multiple hardware platforms. The module augments real-time deterministic control through Ubuntu 16.04 Server Linux, which is open for enhancements and modifications. Users can use this module to implement custom data processing such as Cloud storage, Cloud-based analytics, WEB utilization, and more. The controller provides full access to Linux root allowing the users to enhance the IC695CPL410 controller in limitless ways to achieve the desired outcomes. The stand-alone IC695CPL410 RX3i controller module uses a 1.2 GHz quad-core microprocessor and real time hypervisor technology for running real time deterministic applications simultaneously with an Ubuntu Server Linux 16.04.
Users may use this controller to program in Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram, Structured Text, or C language. It contains configurable data and program memory of 64 Megabytes. The controller supports auto located Symbolic Variables that can use user memory as required. The reference table sizes include 32K bits for %Q and %I and analog %AQ and %AI include 32k words each. Data exchanges are supported by bulk memory %W. The IC695CPL410 supports four 10/100/1000 Ethernet LANs. Three (3) of these Ethernet ports are located on the front panel and are assigned exclusively to the RX3i PLC. LAN1 attaches through the upper RJ-45 connector while LAN2 and LAN3 are attached through a pair of internally switched RJ-45 connectors. The fourth Ethernet port is labeled as ETH and is located on the underside. This port is exclusively for Linux Connectivity.
