The IC693ALG223 is a 16-Channel Analog Current Input module by GE Fanuc Emerson. When there are slow flashes followed by off, this means that the module failed power-up diagnostics or encountered a code execution error. The User Supply OK LED indicates that the 24 Volt supply is within specifications, enabling the analog side of the module to function correctly.
