The IC693CPU340 is a CPU module by GE Fanuc (90-30 System for PLC). This module is a single slot PLC module with a clock speed of 20 Megahertz, and it has an 80C188XL microprocessor. The CPU module features 19.9 kilobytes of register memory and 32 kilobytes of user program memory. However, this CPU module does not support floating-point math for the Boolean contacts. But the module does support a flashing memory for storing user programs. This flash memory on this module includes features like (READ, WRITE, VERIFY) functions. These functions are accessible through the program utility menu or program utility screen in the Logic-master or microprogramming software. The module can accept the 9999 words for register memory and 1024 words for analog input, and 256 for analog output. Besides that, the module also comes with a backup battery. It also has shift registers and a time counter feature with a value set of greater than 2K. In addition, it has 512 I/O points for input and output for each channel, and a current range of 490 milliamperes and a voltage input of 5 V DC.
