Part number IC200UDR120 is a Micro PLC module, manufactured by GE Fanuc Emerson. It is part of the VersaMax Micro family line of PLCs. It is a 20 point I/O PLC with points of discrete, non-analog type. This device is equipped with twelve (12) 24-volt DC inputs, as well as eight (8) relay outputs. Each relay output is rated at 2 amperes. The unit operates with power supply of range 100 to 240 volts AC. The PLC leakage current is 15 milliamperes when charged at 240 volts AC.  The device has mechanical contacts, and their lifetime is evaluated at 20 million operations. Up to 20 seconds, there can be allowed inrush of 9.4 amperes, and the normally minimal load should not drop below 10 amperes. The maximum counter speed of the unit is 100 kilohertz (32 bit).

the GE Fanuc IC200UDR120's main three applications are to serve as PLC controller, to be used as a sub-station of I/O, and/or to be part of a larger system of several PLCs. This automation device also is used with a variety of inputs, such as push buttons, limit switches, and proximity switches. In case there is application with process control, the PLC can operate with a floating-point mat and PID. The unit has two communication ports, which include one RS-232 that can be applied as SNP slave, Modbus RTU or alternatively serial I/O commands. The second port is typically used as SNP master, Modbus master, or Ethernet LAN connection. It can accept 4 I/O expansion units. It has a battery backed RAM that has the capability to storage up to 32 kilobytes data. It has a real time clock and can register values on an internal flash.
