The GE Fanuc Emerson IC200UDR164 is a VersaMax microcontroller that supports forty (40) DC discrete inputs and offers twenty-four (24) N.O. relay outputs. The microcontroller inputs support an input voltage of 24 volts DC with an input current of 435 milliamperes. The IC200UDR164 supports an input power supply of 120 volts AC to 240 volts AC at a frequency range from 50 hertz to 60 hertz. The IC200UDR164 relay outputs deliver an output current of 2 amperes. The IC200UDR164 supports four expansion units. This microcontroller provides two communication ports. The first port is a serial RS-232 port. The second port can provide an additional Ethernet, RS-232, USB, or RS-485 port. The device supports an inrush current of 40 amperes during 2 milliseconds.

The IC200UDR164 includes four high-speed counters that offer a maximum frequency of 100 kilohertz and count registers of 32 bits. This unit offers a hold-up time of 10 milliseconds at a voltage range from 85 to 100 volts AC. This micro PLC contains memory storage of 24 kilowords and a register memory of 32 kilowords. The micro PLC counters offer the pulse operation with a duty cycle of 20 percent to 80 percent at 100-kilohertz to be employed in the industrial field. Eight of the microcontroller inputs can be configured as high-speed counter inputs. This micro PLC includes and supports a portable memory module. The IC200UDR164 weighs approximately 700 grams (1.54 pounds) while shipping and operates at 0 degrees to 60 degrees Celsius (32 degrees to 140 degrees Fahrenheit) for industrial applications.
