Description:

The RS-232 communication option board, whose part number is IC200USB001, is supplied by a backplane power supply with current rating of 200 milliamperes at 5 volts direct current. To provide an analogue input, the voltage rating is between 0 to 10 volts DC and resolution adjusted to 10 bits with an input impendence rating of up to 100 kilo-ohms. The configuration software applicable is the machine editions software. It constitutes 64 I/O points that can be expanded.

The IC200USB001 is an RS-232 communication option board is an accessory for the 20-point, 40-point and 64-point VersaMax Micro programmable logic controller system. It has an extensive memory, thus, contains a portal of well written programs that conducts high performance applications for packaging machines, relay replacement and dispensing machines. It has 64 I/O points which can be expanded to 170 I/O points. It also comes with a robust set of instructions. Communication between the devices is supported by Modbus master and Modbus slave. It also supports the serial read and serial write, as well as the SNP/SNPX master or slave communication interface. The software implemented on the device for configuration purpose is the machine edition software. The power supply is backplane with a current rating of two hundred (200) milliamperes and a direct current voltage of five (5) volts. In order to provide an analogue input, the system can be configured to direct current voltage supply ranging from 0 to 10 volts, the resolution adjusted to 10 bits, an input accuracy of plus (+) or minus (-) 1 percent. The rated resistance opposing the flow of current can be up to 100 kilo-ohms. The communication option board comes with a USB 2.0 port that equips the VersaMax Micro 20/40/60 programmable logic controller with USB capabilities of connecting to other external devices. For powering the device ON or OFF, the option board has a self-powering button. The connector that is available for this memory pack module is a type B connector and is straight.
