Emerson - GE Fanuc designed and manufactured the IC200USB002. The VersaMax Micro Programmable Logic Controller, or PLC, has a number of built-in capabilities, such as up to sixty four (64) Input or Output points which are expandable up to one hundred and seventy (170) Input or Output points, rapid-cycle rates, a rich instruction set, and vast memory which expands programming possibilities. This module is an Extra Port Option Module that expands the Micro Programmable Logic Controllers' serial RS-422 or -488 communication capabilities beyond the two (2) analog input points that they presently have. Aside from that, this option board by GE Fanuc is mounted on the front of the Micro 20/40/64 Programmable Logic Controller and consumes a peak of two hundred (200) milliamperes from the Micro Programmable Logic Controller backplane.  The IC200USB002 Extra Port Option Module has two (2) analog input points with a ten (10) bit resolution, as well as a zero (0) volts direct current (DC) to ten (10) volts direct current (DC) input range. Furthermore, a straight Type B flash memory module connection, as well as a power button and analog input terminals, which are Channel one (1) and Channel (2), and an RS-422 or 485 connector port are located on the rear of this module. Aside from that, it should also be noted that the VersaMax Programmable logic Controller systems are utilized for offering low-cost control solutions to applications such as relay replacement, packing machines, and dispensing machine applications due to their compact and modular architecture.
