The GE Fanuc IC200ALG432 analog mixed module comes with two output channels and four input channels. For the outputs, this module requires a 24 volts power supply. For intelligent processing, this module comes equipped with a CPU and an NIU. It includes two words of output data and four words of input data. This GE module comes equipped with several LED indicators. For analog field side, the LED indicates the user-side power. The LED indicator is also used to indicate the backplane power supply. If the module is functioning properly, it will show the green LED indicator. The GE Fanuc IC200ALG432 analog mixed module is able to indicate power faults and power loss. However, in order for it to happen, this module must be installed properly. Furthermore, it must be setup properly using the jumper for the outputs. Even if the power supply is temporally blocked, this module can store the data regarding the last states. The same thing happens if the backplane is blocked temporarily. For the field side circuits, this module reports loss of user side power. The IC200ALG432 requires an external power of 18-30 VDC. The ripple consumption range on this module is 160 mA.
