The 1394C-AM75-IH is a CNC interface system from the 1394 9/series, it gives you a smooth and thorough servo system that can be used with 9/290 and 9/260 CNC and power is provided to all electronic gadgets while utilizing a digital interface, hence why it is a cost-efficient solution. The 9/series CNC monitors the servo control for this system. Allen Bradley remote input or output, data highway plus, but the 9/260 and 9/290 only, and MMS or Ethernet that are 9/260 and 9/290 only communications are some of the most used options with the 9 Series CNC interface systems, And this system is completely designed and programmed using Off-Line Development System and a CNC operator panel, and the fiber optic I/O ring is also a part of it. The servo system is a digital servo drive system with a traditional 10 Volts DC analogue interface that can be readily commissioned using the Allen Bradley universal Bulletin 1201 Human Interface Module. A SCANport interface is one of the module's basic features, and it can enable access to auto-tuning and start-up prompts. The 9/440 CNC system module provides all of the power and programming capabilities of a 9/Series CNC and It is built within the 1394 System Module's small package. This module also has peripherals points where resolvers come to an end feedback from the encoder which is for optional position feedback or spindle control, E-STOP string and status, two serial ports that are for connecting with the 9/Series ODS or other interns or tape readers, spindle outputs, a 9/Series fiber optic ring connection, a touch probe interface, and a remote I/O connection. It's 14.8 pounds in weight and 13.8 x 11.0 x 2.95 inches in size.
