The Allen Bradley 20-750-CNETC module is an optional communications module. It supports ControlNet connectivity and is designed for use with PowerFlex 750 drives. The 20-750-CNETC module uses the DPI protocol to connect to a PowerFlex 750 drive at a data rate of 5 Mbps. The ControlNet protocol is supported by the module for network communication. Connection to the ControlNet network requires the use of a coaxial cable with a BNC connector. The module can support up to 16 concurrent CP messaging connections, 32 concurrent CP messages, an infinite number of input-only I/O connections, 1 listen-only I/O connection, redundant support owner, and 1 exclusive owner I/O.
