This product was designed to provide network communication via the DeviceNet protocol. This Allen Bradley module has a power supply voltage rated at 24 volts direct current (DC). Additionally, this device has a current rating of 60 milliamperes (mA).

The Allen Bradley 20-750-DNET option module has many features. These features include captive screws with the purpose of securing the 20-750-DNET module to a drive. This device also has switches that are used to set a node address and network data rate. This module is capable of being combined with a human interface module (HIM) for configuration purposes. This module is equipped with status indicators. These indicators report the status of the module, as well as network communication. These status indicators are also visible when the cover of the drive is removed. Another feature of the Allen Bradley 20-750-DNET communication module is that it can utilize multiple data exchange methods to transmit data between itself and the network. These data exchange methods include Change of State (COS), Cyclic, and Polled. This module has access to any drive within the PowerFlex family, as well as its connected devices, on the network that it is connected to. This option module has physical dimensions that measure 68 millimeters x 150 millimeters x 26 millimeters, or 2.7 inches x 5.9 inches x 1.0 inch (height x length x width). The approximate weight of this module is 62 grams, or the equivalent of 2.1 ounces.
