Allen-Bradley designed and manufactured the 2090-CPBM4E2-14TR motor twine transition cable. This cable has brake wires on one end and a DIN connector (threaded) on the other end that connects to a bayonet receptacle when the motor stops. It's an MP collecting cable with gauges ranging between fourteen (14) and sixteen (16). This Allen-Bradley transition cable measures 0.5 meters in length, and it is KC approved. The cable brings the Kinetix motor and servo pressure system together. In these motor cables, the energy, feedback, and braking conductors are all combined into a single protected wire. These motor cables are made to withstand static, as well as opposite bending.

The mechanical and chemical properties of the TPE fabric have improved. The NFPA-79-compliant 2090-CPBM4E2-14TR transition cable has a low capacitance level configuration. Furthermore, these cables have a 20 million cycle flex life and a 10 million cycle bending life.
