Part number 2090-K2CK-D15M is a low-profile connector kit from the Bulletin 2093 series of products. This product was designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This kit is used with the D sub-connector for motor feedback. It can be used with a 15-pin, male connector. The cable diameter must be 4 mm to 10 mm, or the equivalent of 0.16 inches to 0.39 inches. This product has a recommended screw terminal size of 0.06 mm² to 1.31 mm², or 30 to 16 AWG (American Wire Gauge). Additionally, the recommended wire strip length is 5 mm, or 0.2 inches, for a single conductor. For the torque, the recommended mounting screw torque is 0.40 Nm, or the equivalent of 3.5 lb-in. At the same time, the compatible terminal screw torque is 0.25 Nm, or 2.2 lb-in.

Aside from that, for installation using this kit, users can locate the mounting screw on the top left of this kit. Additionally, the cable shield termination and pad cable shield can be located on the bottom right of this kit. On the other side of this kit, users can find the tie wrap secures wire bundles and the shrink-wrapped insulation. The optional battery (BAT) can be located on the right side of this connector. Note that installing parts using this requires proper protection against the ESD sensitivity. Only trained personnel with adequate protective gear should use this module to keep safety on the site for the workers and the components. In brief, this connector kit is compatible with various machine installations and component level configurations.
