The 2090-SCEP0-3 was designed and distributed by the company known as Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. This product is a fiber optic cable. This module was created as a part of Allen Bradley's Kinetix 2090 series of products. This module was created as an enclosure only. This cable, which is made with a plastic material, has a length that measures approximately one (1) foot, or the equivalent of 0.3 meters. Operators must keep in mind that the optical fibers must be installed with care to ensure that this product functions reliably. The minimum bend radius and bending of the cable must be observed during installation. At all times, cable connections should be protected from damage by operators. If any of these standards are not followed or taken seriously, it may result in irreversible cable damage. Take care to route wires correctly via cabinets and right-angle raceways. Users must install cables in raceways that are free of loops. To minimize excessive stress or twisting, avoid putting the cable in raceways with copper wires. In addition to that, cleaning the fiber optic wire ends and/or transceivers is critical to reducing system attenuation. Dirty fiber optic cables contaminate the transceivers that connect to them. A filthy transceiver, on the other hand, contaminates its mating fiber-optic connection. Aside from that, cleaning fiber optic components can be accomplished in a variety of ways, and prepackaged wipes along with swabs, as well as canned air, are all ideal. For these purposes, always use an optical grade cleaner.
