The 2094-AC16-M03-S is a servo drive made by Allen-Bradley. It is an Integrated Axis Module (IAM) that is included in the Kinetix 6000 series of servo drive systems. This drive is used in applications involving material handling, packaging, and assembly. Kinetix 6000 series systems require one IAM to be used as a leader module and can also include one or more IAMs as follower modules. This unit is part of the 200-volt class and has a three-phase input voltage rating of 230 volts AC. The nominal input current rating is 36 amperes. The DC input voltage range lies between 275 volts and 375 volts DC. It has a nominal bus output voltage of 325 volts DC and a line loss ride through of 20 milliseconds. The drive is designed for a nominal output current of 36 amperes to bus and has a peak output current limit of 72aAmperes. The bus overvoltage and undervoltage limits are 415 volts DC and 138 volts DC, respectively. The servo drive is rated for a peak power output of up to 22.6 kilowatts to the bus. The power dissipation rating for the module is 74 watts and it offers an efficiency rating of up to 95 percent. The built-in internal shunt resistor has a resistance rating of 28.75 ohms. The voltage is 405 volts with the shunt on and 375 volts with the shunt off. Short circuit protection is provided for up to 200,000 amperes. The approximate weight of this unit is 4.71 kilograms (10.4 pounds).
