The 2094-BM03-M is an element of the Kinetix 6000 multi-axis servo drive system. Through feedback connections, the 2904-BM03-M axis component interfaces with motion control devices including rotary and linear motors. Additionally, this axis module serves as the installation area for the control module, which integrates control signals from the system for proper device control. This axis module, along with the incorporated axis module, shunt modules, and slot filler modules, is installed on a power rail. The components that comprise a working Kinetix drive system vary according to the system's control requirements. The 2904-BM03-M is designed to work with Kinetix MPL motors. The 2094-BM03-M dissipates 94 watts at 20% load, 130 watts at 40% load, 169 watts at 60% load, 211 watts at 80% load, and 255 watts at 100% load. The 2094-BM03-M drive is intended for motor or drive applications that need integrated motion capabilities. The drive can quickly switch between safe torque off and safe speed monitor modes, as well as between SERCOS and EtherNet/IP networks. It is suitable with the Kinetix 6000 servo drive, allowing for simple transfer in the event of a failure. Due to the integrated safety function, no extra panel space or cabling for an external protection monitor is required. The secure speed monitor feature enables maintenance to be performed without totally shutting down the equipment.
