The Ultra3000 Digital Servo Drive model 2098-DSD-HV030X is indexing type. Its AC input voltage ranges from 203 to 480 Volts rms, three phase, at 47 to 63 Hertz. The main AC input current is 4 Amperes at 460 Volts AC (rms) nominal and 6 Amperes at 460 Volts AC (rms) during maximum inrush. The auxiliary AC input current varies from 0.55 to 68 Amperes for 230 to 480 Volts AC and for nominal as well as 0-peak maximum inrush conditions. The drive can withstand vibrations in the range of 5 to 2000 Hertz at 2.5g peak with 0.0006 millimeters (0.015 inches) of maximum displacement and shock of 15 g at 11 milliseconds half-sine. The commutation is three phase sinusoidal with space vector modulation. The current regulator is digital PI with 125 microseconds update rate and velocity regulator is digital PID with 250 microseconds update rate. It has a position regulator with digital PID with feed-forward and update rate of 1 millisecond. The maximum velocity loop bandwidth is 300 Hertz. The digital input consists of eight optically isolated 12-24 Volt inputs that are active high and current sinking. The digital outputs include four optically isolated 12-24 Volt outputs that are active high and current sourcing. There is one normally open relay with 30 Volt DC maximum voltage and 1 Ampere maximum current. The analog output is 10 Volts with 8 bits and 2 milliamperes maximum current.
