The 2098-DSD-HV100X is an Allen Bradley servo drive module. The drive is an Ultra3000 device and is a part of the 2098 drives family, which offers multi-axis integrated motion and easy and independent indexing. The module inputs a three phase 230-480 VAC with input frequency of 50-60 Hz and nominal input current of 14 A rms. It has a continuous output of 10 KW power and a nominal current of 23 A. The drive comes with an internal resistance of 40 ohms and bus capacitance of 705 μF. The module has shunt on and off at 750 VDC and 800 VDC and bus over-voltage of 810 VDC. The fuse of the module can tolerate the input voltage of up to 460 V, and the recommended fuses are KTK-R-20 of class CC and LPJ-17-1/2SP of class J. The module comes with 8 Isolated 12 to 24 VDC digital Inputs and 4 Isolated 12 to 24 VDC digital outputs with 1 normally open relay output at 30 VDC maximum. The module is reliable, with an I/O response of 100 μ sec and Baud rate of 4 and 8 Megabits. The 2098-DSD-HV100X has a node address of 01-99. The circuit breaker 140M-F8E-C32 is recommended to use with this 2098-DSD-HV100X module. The maximum power loss of this mode is 350 and dissipative shunt loss added to it. It comes with the storage and operating temperature of about -40 to 158 ℉ or 32 to 131℉, with relative humidity of 5 to 95%. The module can tolerate up to 15g shock and vibration up to 2.5g at (5-2000 Hz) and the weight of the module is approximately 22.96 lbs.
