The Allen-Bradley manufactured 20BD022A0AYYANC1 module is an adjustable frequency alternating current drive that is part of the PF 700. The PowerFlex 700 modules are crafted to handle three-phase induction motors. Inheriting a rated I/O of 24 Volts DC the 20BD022A0AYYANC1 drive renders a vector control method. A 12 Volt or 15 Volt encoder is used to support feedback on the drive. The integral brake resistor on this device enables cost-effective regenerative energy switching without the use of costly chopper circuits. The drive's inbuilt brake resistor requires no additional panel space.

20BD022A0AYYANC1 drive does not have an integrated HMI or communication interface. HMI and communication interfaces, on the other hand, are offered as choices.
