Part Number 22A-A2P3N114 is an inverter drive, manufactured by Allen-Bradley. The unit belongs to the family of PowerFlex 4 drives with variable speed and it is the smallest in size and most cost-effective from the group. It is available for installation either in a panel or on a DIN rail. The model is single phase with an input of 230 volts AC and has a power of 0.37 kilowatts. His output frequency is 240 hertz and the current rating is 2.3 amperes. The standard ingress protection (IP) is IP20.  It can be operated locally through the integrated keypad and has a LED display with four (4) digits and ten (10) more indicators to monitor the unit status and performance. There is an incorporated filter unit, which meets the requirements of EN55011 standard, class A and B.

This compact variable drive is most recently used for speed control of industrial units like pumps, fans, and systems for material handing like conveyors and other similar equipment. It can be programmed either from a PC trough in integrated RS-485 communication or through its local programming keypad. There is a pre-installed module called basic program group, which includes the 10 most used application parameters, which makes programming faster and easier. The unit has intrinsic overload protection, as it can sustain 150% for a period of 60 seconds or 200% for 3 seconds. Its sensorless vector control allows the unit to adopt on various motors with different characteristics. Being tested over the entire speed range, the unit maintains a high level of torque and great speed regulation, even when the load increases.
