The 22A-A6P8N103 variable frequency drive is from the PowerFlex 4 series with a voltage rating of 240 Volts of alternating current and single phase. It is panel mounted with IP20 or NEMA/UL open type rated enclosure. The drive has a fixed keypad interface module and no emission filtering and brakes. The DIN rail mounting feature makes installation easy and panel mounting provides the necessary flexibility. It has Zero Stacking for ambient temperatures of up to 40 degrees Celsius which can save valuable space on panels. The drive meets EN55011, Class A and B EMC requirements with its cost-effective embedded filtering. The interfacing keypad makes configuration and commissioning convenient right out of the box and at the drive panel. The most commonly used 10 program parameters are pre-loaded in the drive to help the user configure systems faster and with ease. The consistent operation style across the PowerFlex series makes it easier for the operator to navigate through the familiar programming keys. The panel has a 4 digit display supplemented with 10 additional LED indicators that together provide effective communication means for the operator. In addition to the keypad, there is an RS-485 port to configure systems using a PC and complete a multi-drop network configuration. The drive is protected from inrush current with a relay pre-charge. The removable MOV to ground allows for an ungrounded distribution system. The DIP switches are used to set the 24 Volts of direct current as sink or source control mode. The drive overload protection is 150% overload for 60 seconds and 200% overload for 3 seconds.
