The 22C-B033N103 is a PowerFlex 400 product series from Allen Bradley/Rockwell Automation. Often regarded as an adjustable AC drive, this drive is particularly recognized as a fan and pump drive because, besides of all the speed regulation and motor control tasks, it is suitable for fan & pump applications. Therefore, it is often regarded as a module type of fan and pump. Like most of Allen Bradley's PowerFlex drives, this module is also manufactured by Rockwell Automation. This drive can regulate the speed control with the embedded and programmable control methods available to it. It has an input voltage range of 200-240 VAC and 0-240 VAC output range, as well as 33 amperes output current. The drive can be panel-mounted, and a human interface module is integrated on this drive, and it is also compatible with the internal PID method. In addition, this drive is housed with the IP30 / NEMA UL Type 1 enclosure for safety standards. Besides that, this module can also allow the V/Hz operations and support the Sinusoidal PWM control method. Apart from these specifications, the supported optional communication protocols on this drive are Dual Ethernet I/P, DeviceNet, ProfiBus DP. Branch circuit protection is required for this VFD to function. It is advised that the branch circuit protection be placed using a 45 ampere fuse. Overall, it is easy to operate and can perform various optimization and automation tasks in a plant.
