Allen-Bradley PowerFlex 523 series AC Drive 25A-D2P3N114 features a three-phase output, 480 VAC voltage, and a current rating of 2.3 Amperes, 1.0 horsepower, 0.75-kilowatt standard duty; 1.0 horsepower, 0.75-kilowatt heavy duty, frame size A, IP20 NEMA / open type, with EMC Filter, with 7th IGBT Brake. For ambient temperatures less than 45 degrees Celsius, the 25A-D2P3N114 installation requires no stacking. It supports side-by-side installation with a 50mm (1.96 in) airflow gap between the top and bottom of the Drive and low-cost networking through an inbuilt RS485/DSI interface.

Allen-Bradley's 25A-D2P3N114 is a 523-series PowerFlex AC drive. This device offers a wide variety of motor control choices, generates considerable energy savings, and includes all usual safety features. The PowerFlex 25A-D2P3N114 drive is appropriate for a wide variety of industrial applications; it operates between 380 and 480 volts AC, has a rated power of 0.75 kW (1 Hp), a current rating of 2.3 amps, an inbuilt EMC filter, and an IP20 NEMA/open enclosure. It is distinguished by its modular architecture, and removable control and power modules enable simultaneous setup and installation.

The AB 25A-D2P3N114 may be installed without stacking (at ambient temperatures less than 45 degrees Celsius), so saving space. While this device is mainly designed for usage with independent devices, an integrated DSI port may be inserted and used in conjunction with a communication adapter card to enable multi-drive networking (up to five PowerFlex AC drives can be connected on a single node in this manner). Additionally, a failure history record is available, as is password-lock security.

Volts/Hertz and SVC are the motor control choices for this AC drive (Sensorless Vector Control). Built-in brake transistors enable dynamic braking with just two brake resistors, and a single PID loop increases application versatility and control precision. Numerous inputs/outputs are provided for interfacing with other devices, including one analog input that is independently isolated, five digital inputs (four of which may be programmed), and one relay output. This item weighs around 1.1 kilograms and is roughly 72 x 152 x 172 millimeters.
