The Rockwell Automation 25B-A2P5N114 is an AC drive from the PowerFlex 525 series. The drive runs on a 1-phase input voltage of 240 volts alternating current. It features a standard interface module with the highest current rating of 2.5 amps. The 25B-A2P5N114 is housed in a NEMA IP20 housing and includes an integrated EMI filter. The EMI filter protects against electromagnetic noise and also assists users in adhering to the EN61800-3 standard. When utilized on unground systems, the detachable MOV to ground safeguards the drive and ensures trouble-free operation. The Drive is readily mounted on a DIN rail. Adhere to the manufacturer's installation instructions. Additionally, it has a safe torque-off, which is PLd/SIL2 Cat 3 certified. Reduces rotational power to the motor without reducing power to the drive, allowing for a speedier start-up after a safety system demand.

While installing the drive, it is critical to maintain the minimum clearances to enable airflow to maintain the temperature around the drive. Additionally, the 25B-A2P5N114 is capable of operating in a variety of modes, including closed-loop velocity vector control, sensorless vector control, permanent magnet motor control, and volts per hertz control. Analog inputs (2) and digital inputs (7) are provided, and  6 out of 7 inputs are programmable, providing further flexibility. Additionally, the 25B-A2P5N114 contains a single analog output with a precision of ten bits, two opto outputs, and 2-relay outputs for signaling different drive and motor situations. Additionally, there is an integrated communication connection that connects through the embedded Ethernet protocol and has integral Rs485/DSI communications, allowing the drives to be utilized in multi-drop systems.
