Allen Bradley's designed 25B-V6P0N104 adjustable frequency AC drive is a part of the PowerFlex 525 product sequence. This drive accepts a 3-phase input voltage of 85 to132 volts AC and produces a 3-phase voltage rating of 0 to 230 AC. It provides 6.0 amperes of output current flows and 1.1 kilowatts (1.5 Hp) power output when used in conventional and heavy-duty applications. This drive has an Ethernet I/P and RS-485 networking interface, as well as the possibility to install additional connectivity boards. This AC drive is capable of monitoring a wide variety of motors using a variety of control techniques, including sensorless vector control (SVC) technique, method of Volts/Hertz, closed loop velocity vector controlling system, and also a permanent magnet motor control function.

The 25B-V6P0N104 is a highly competent and very powerful 1-phase air-cooled drive that seamlessly integrates and meets a number of duties and features not seen in previous generations. The 25B-V6P0N104 drives include a unified control module that may be used over the whole power range of the device. Also, this drive can carry out a variety of motor operations, such as sensorless vector controlling system, and closed-loop velocity vector controlling method.

The 25B-V6P0N104 operates between 100 and 120 volts alternating current and has a predetermined output voltage of 120 volts alternating current. The drive has a 6 amp and 1100 watts rating. The 25B-V6P0N104 has a power rating of 0.98 and operates between 50 and 60 hertz. This drive component is linked by a fixed connection and features a screen, keyboards, and potentiometers, and all components are integrated into one device. It is recommended to store the 25B-V6P0N104 module between -40 and 85 degrees Celsius. The 25B-V6P0N104 is a panel-mount device that must be put in a NEMA-approved open grade IP20 housing.
