The Allen-Bradley 2711-B6C10L1 PanelView standard color terminal has a 6-inches active-matrix thin-film transistor (TFT) display with cold cathode fluorescent (CCF) backlight which supports a fixed palette of 32 standard EGA colors with a resolution of 320x234. This PanelView color terminal operates with the touch screen which has 128 (16 columns x 8 rows) touch cells, and the stainless steel domed membrane keypad which involves 10 function keys from F1 to F10 for navigation. The 2711-B6C10L1 terminal contains a single DeviceNet communication port which can connect and communicate at device level on a DeviceNet link using server explicit, client explicit, I/O or Listen Only messaging and a single RS-232 communication port which can be linked to either a printer or to the computer RS-232 communication port for transferring files and applications. The Allen-Bradley 2711-B6C10L1 terminal contains 170 kilobytes random access memory (RAM) for runtime applications and 240 kilobytes nonvolatile flash memory. This terminal uses both 2711-NC13 and 2711-NC14 cables to upload and download application files between this terminal and the computer. The Allen-Bradley 2711-B6C10L1 color keypad and touch terminal supports an input voltage rating range of 18 to 32 volts DC with a maximum power consumption of 24 watts. The 2711-B6C10L1 terminal should be mounted in a panel or enclosure to protect the internal circuitry.
