The 2711-T9C16 from Rockwell is an operator terminal for industry that is part of the PanelView Standard Terminals 900 models. The operator should use the Human-Machine-Interface using its touch-screen interface. A significant factor to guarantee the correct functioning of the terminal is cooling. The user must make sure to have sufficient space in the enclosure and acknowledge additional modules in the resolution. The ambient temperature close to the module shall remain between 0 and 55 degrees Celsius when the panel is operational and shall stay in the following range: -25 to 70 degrees Celsius when the panel is stored. The operator could simply connect additional equipment (e.g: a PLC) to the terminal operator with its RS-232 (DF1) slot.
