The Allen Bradley 2711P-B10C15B1 comes with ControlNet protocol for communication purposes. For data input, this color display module comes with both a keypad and a touchscreen. The embedded LED features an overall display area of 10.4 inches. This operator terminal is ideally used to establish an interface between machines and users. The ControlNet port is used to connect this industrial unit with other industrial components. It can be paired with other modules using a 1747-KFC15A cable. Users can both control and configure this unit using either the keypad or the touchscreen. For operation, this operator terminals should be supplied with either 85 to 264 volts alternating current (AC), or 18 to 32 volts direct current (DC). This operator terminal comes with an internal memory of 64 MB. 

The Allen Bradley 2711P-B10C15B1 can be connected to other modules in the ControlNet network. It can be paired with either individual controllers or with multiple controllers. This operator interface gives the user remote access to both unscheduled and scheduled data. It also come with support for redundant cabling. The operator terminal comes with support for symbolic CIP addressing. It helps this operator terminal exchange data with the ControlLogix system. For local access, every port on this operator terminal features a dedicated Network Access port. Sharing files using this operator terminal is also fairly easy. Users can exchange files over the ControlNet link network. The files can be shared directly via the PC memory card. Along with that, users can also use the RS-232 printer port. Users can extend its built-in memory with external memory SD cards.
