Designed and manufactured by Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation, product number 2711P-RP is a logic module. It is compatible with, and may be installed in, graphic operator terminals that also belong to the PanelView Plus and PanelView Plus CE 700 through 1500 series. The Allen Bradley 2711P-RP logic module does not include flash memory, nor does it include RAM (random access memory). The Allen Bradley 2711P-RP requires a nominal input supply voltage rated at 24 volts direct current (DC) to operate properly. Additionally, this Allen Bradley logic module has a rated input voltage range of 18 to 30 volts direct current (DC). The Allen Bradley 2711P-RP logic module contains various electrical components, as well as electrical circuits. Some of the components include communication ports, a terminal processor, and a terminal power supply circuit. This logic module may be installed or removed from a module when all of the power supplied is depleted. Additionally, the Allen Bradley 2711P-RP logic module requires electrostatic discharge protection when it is being installed. This logic module should operate in an environment where the temperature ranges from 0 to 55 degrees Celsius. Additionally, when this module is not being operated, the temperature should range from -25 to 70 degrees Celsius.
