The 2711P-T12C15B1 is an operator interface module that was designed and manufactured by the company known as Allen Bradley / Rockwell Automation. The primary input interface of this operator terminal is a touchscreen. Additionally, this device features a minimum CCFL backlight life of approximately 50,000 hours. The display area of this terminal measures 246 mm x 184 mm (9.69 inches x 7.25 inches). In addition, this operator interface module is capable of displaying an 800 x 600 resolution. The touchscreen of this device has an actuation rating of one million (1,000,000) presses at an actuation force rated at 10 to 110 g. The factory designated internal memory capacity on this PanelView operator interface terminal is 128 megabytes (MB) of flash memory, as well as 128 megabytes (MB) of RAM. The communication supported by this unit is ControlNet. Also, it is compatible with many ControlNet ports, such as DH-485, RS-232, USB, and much more. The module's power requirement is 85 to 264 Volts AC. The memory range of this unit is 64 megabytes (MB). The input power range of this operator interface is 85 to 264 Volts AC and 18 to 32 Volts DC. The technical manual for the configuration and maintenance of this unit is available through the suppliers. Users should follow the manual that the probability of running into the malfunction reduces while its applicability increases. The shipping dimensions of this product measure 11.12 inches x 14.3 inches x 2.17 inches. This operator interface terminal has been discontinued by Allen Bradley, however.
