Allen-Bradley's 2711P-T7C15A1 is a PanelView Plus 700 terminal. This operator terminal provides monitoring, controlling as well as visualizing features. This terminal has three modules which include a communication module, a logic module & a display module. It allows users the option to customize the unit according to their needs. The base unit has a resistive touch color display. The display is an active-matrix LCD has a resolution of 640 x 480 pixels. The display screen measures at 6.5 inches with an effective viewing area of area 5.2 inches by 3.9 inches, measured in height by width. This operator terminal comes with a CPU and x86 Intel Celeron. The terminal has an internal memory of 64 MB RAM and 64 MB of flash memory. It offers a vast range of communication interfaces like ControlNet, Ethernet (wired computer networking),  RS-232, and USB. The 2711P-T7C15A1 comes with one Ethernet port, two ports for USB connections, and one port for recommended RS-232 communication. These ports connect the terminal with SLC controllers, printers, and network devices. This terminal also allows for attaching external communication and memory expansion modules to enhance communications and memory storage. RAM and CF (compact flash) can be increased up to 256 MB and 512 MB, respectively. The 2711P-T7C15A1 also has a real-time clock that is powered by a replaceable lithium battery attached to the base unit.  The terminal requires an AC input voltage from 85 to 264 volts. The terminal can draw apparent power up to 164 VA from the supply.
