Allen Bradley MPF-B320P-SJ72BA is a 5000RPM rotary servo motor that is a part of the MP food grade series. It is designed with stainless-steel fasteners and shafts to meet the food and beverage industry requirements that range from handling raw food to packaging it. This is a metric servo motor with a flange mount with a 400V AC class voltage, SpeedTec DIN connector, and type M7 motor end. This motor has an absolute single turn feedback with a Sin/Cos, 1024 cycles/rev resolution, and a Hiperface feedback protocol. This protocol is purely digital and it uses a bare minimum number of cables for the connection of the frequency converter and motor feedback system. This is beneficial for space conversion which is also the reason why it is a Frame 3 / Frame 100 (100mm size) and only weighs 3.8kg or 8.4lbs. The continuous and peak output torque are 3.05 Nm and 7.91 Nm respectively. The rated continuous power is 1.5 kW with inertia of 7.8E-05 kg m². It can operate at a temperature range of 0 to 40 °C and stored at -30 to 70 °C. The Humidity range it can withstand is 5 to 95 %RH of non-condensing type. It is rated IP66 and IP67 with a standard shaft seal with food-grade grease on the shaft seal and uses environmentally sealed cable connectors. It can bear a shock acceleration of a maximum of 20 g for a maximum duration of 6 ms. The maximum vibration acceleration is 2.5 m/s² and has an operational vibration frequency of 2000 Hz.
