The MPF-B4530K-MJ24BA, having MPF stainless-steel fasteners and shafts, is specifically designed for food processing environments. This food-grade servo motor has an IEC flange mounted 4000 rpm motor. This 2.4 kW power rated motor includes a 20-pound heavy brake, shaft seals, and lower inertia with a Hiperface encoder protocol. The feedback is given by a 1024 cycles per revolution sin/cos encoder having an absolute multi-turn feedback system. This intelligently crafted encoder is designed such that it does not require a battery. IP ratings of IP66 and IP67 with a SpeedTech DIN connectors can be used with a type FF motor end and free mounting holes. The MPF-B4530K-MJ24BA is 130 mm in size, making it a Frame 45 module. The servo motor weighs appromiately 7.6 kg or 16 pounds. The magnet stack length of the motor is 76.2 millimeters or 3 inches. This food-grade servo motor should be kept in a non-condensing environment at an operational temperature of 0 to 40 degrees Celsius (32 to 104 degrees Fahrenheit) and should be stored in a temperature ranging from -30 to 70 degrees Celsius (-22 to 158 degrees Fahrenheit). To protect the motor from environmental factors, the humidity level should be a min of 5% relative humidity and can reach to a maximum of 95% relative humidity. The motor can bear a load of maximum 99 pounds at the speed of 500 rpm and about 42 pounds at the speed of 4000 rpm. This servo motor can be used in many Allen-Bradley servo drives from the Kinetix and especially their models 2000, 5700 and 6000.
