Product number MPL-B420P-MJ74AA, which was manufactured by Allen Bradley, is a low inertia servo motor. This unit is included in the MP series of permanent magnet rotary servo motors. It is a brushless servo motor with a compact design and is built with premium magnets that have a stack length of 2 inches. This unit operates at a 400 Volt input voltage class. It has an IEC 72-1 flange number of 4, signifying that it has a frame size of 115 millimeters. This motor comes with circular DIN connectors that have ends pointed at right angles. The connectors have a flexible design that allow them to be rotated through 180 degrees. It provides feedback data from the integrated high-resolution encoder that has a multi-turn design. The motor has an operational temperature range between 0 degrees Celsius and 40 degrees Celsius (32 degrees Fahrenheit and 104 degrees Fahrenheit). The motor can only be stored in an environment that has a non-corrosive atmosphere and a storage temperature between -30 degrees Celsius and 70 degrees Celsius (-22 degrees Fahrenheit and 158 degrees Fahrenheit).
