Allen Bradley's MPL-B4530K-MJ24AA, an MP-series premium low inertia servo motor, is a synchronous motor with innovative design characteristics that allow reducing motor size while delivering greater torque. This compact brushless servo motor is designed to satisfy the stringent requirements of high-performance motion systems. It's a motor that runs on alternating current (AC). This motor is built to the IEC 72-1 standard, with a frame number of 45 (length of 130 millimeters) and an FF-type mounting flange. Permanent magnets are used in the MPL-B4530K-MJ24AA to keep the size and inertia to a minimum, these magnets are inserted into the 3-inch magnetic stack. When compared to motors of the same size, the MPL-B4530K-MJ24AA nevertheless produces torque levels that are considerably greater (8.25 Nm). It barely weighs 9.1 kg but has a stall torque of approximately 20.3 Nm (peak). With rotor inertia of only 0.00040 kilogram-meters squared, it can reach speeds of 4000 rpm.
