The Allen Bradley 1734-FPD is a field potential distributor module with field side features. It is a member of the POINT I/O series of products. This series includes modules that are specially designed to break down the power distribution in any type of industrial setting. The weight of this distributor module is 0.12 kilograms. Additionally, the physical dimensions of this distributor module measure 76.2 millimeters x 25.4 millimeters x 133.4 millimeters. This drive can operate using either alternating current or direct current. This distributor module has an operating voltage range of 10 to 28.8 volts DC (direct current), as well as 120 to 240 volts AC (alternating current).

 At 2600 volts direct current (DC), the Allen Bradley 1734-FPD has a continuous isolation voltage rating of 50 volts. This distributor module has a recommended terminal screw torque rated at 0.6 Nm, or the equivalent of 7 lb-in. This device can either be used with a wire that has a size of 0.25 to 2.5 millimeters, or 22 to 14 AWG. For safety and the best performance, this module should be used with solid or stranded copper wire. The Allen Bradley 1734-FPD comes with one terminal handle and one removable terminal block (RTB). This module can be mounted both vertically and horizontally. For protection against external corrosive elements, this drive should be placed inside a removable terminal block (RTB). Ten (10) amperes is the power bus supply current rating of this device. Thanks to the embedded adapter, this module can be used to execute any of the following communication protocols: DeviceNet, ControlNet, or Ethernet/IP.
