The 1762-IQ8 is an Allen Bradley MicroLogix 1200 DC input module. This module has 8 inputs of 24 volts direct current (DC) and operating voltage range of ten (10) to thirty (30) volts direct current (DC). It supports source & sink wire configuration. The module has heat dissipation of 3.7 watts and the signal delay of max eight (8) milliseconds for both on and off delay. The maximum inrush current of the module input is 250 mA and input has a nominal impedance of 3K ohms. The module features a single status LED that shows assists in determining the module's operating state and shows power. The 1762 bus interface is used to send and receive DC power at thirty (30), twenty-four (24) and ten (10) volts. The input terminal blocks include a finger-safe cover for wiring. Bit locations from 7 to 0 are used for input terminals. Following the module installation, each channel's operating information must be set. This Allen-Bradley input module has physical dimensions of 3.43 in. x 3.425 in. x 1.575 in. (H x D x W). This device weighs approximately 0.44 pounds (lb.).
