The Allen-Bradley Compact 1769-IQ6OW4 module belongs to the series of 1769 Compact I/O modules that can be used as an expansion input/output with a Micrologix 1500 controller in an assembly with either a 1769-ADN DeviceNet adapter, an AENTR Ethernet adapter, or a CompactLogix controller. If the module is not connected to a MicroLogix 1500 base, its bank will need to include and provide its own power supply. The 1769-IQ6OW4 module has a finger safe terminal block for the connections with sensors and actuators. When the module is locked to the others, the overall system becomes a rugged assembly. The Allen-Bradley Compact 1769-IQ6OW4 module is used as an mixed input/output module. It provides 6 inputs for industrial standard 24 volts DC signals. It also provides a set of 4 normally open AC/DC relay outputs. The actual range for the incoming input signals must be between 10 and 30 volts DC.
