The Allen-Bradley 1794-IR8 RTD input module can be used for industrial applications. This Allen-Bradley 1794-IR8 RTD input module can be used with modular and small FLEX I/O systems for distributed applications to achieve the rack-based I/O functions. The Allen-Bradley 1794-IR8 RTD input module includes one status LED indicator that has three states and is automatically on once this Allen-Bradley 1794-IR8 RTD input module is supplied with electrical power. The Allen-Bradley 1794-IR8 RTD input module supports signal input impedance from 1 ohm to 433 ohms with a resolution of 16 bits.

The Allen-Bradley 1794-IR8 RTD input module is used as an RTD/resistance measurement module. The Allen-Bradley 1794-IR8 RTD input module can be connected to an RTD for temperature measurement with different resistance values.
