The 150-A97NBD controller handles the SCRs during the switching current process which allows increasing robustness and lifetime for harsher environments.

The 150-A97NBD SMC provides a concise footprint and design with a cost-effective enclosure, overload security, integrated bypass, and motor system fault diagnostics. This controller includes fan assembly in its package for the controller cooling to prevent heat issues. The 150-A97NBD controller includes LED indicators to show the current operation mode and to help the troubleshooting process when issues occur such as overtemperature, line fault, stalled motor shaft, shorted SCR, or open motor lead condition. This controller is suitable for industrial applications. The SMC is an open enclosure device and includes a rotary dial and dual-in-line (DIP) switches to make an easy and secure installation to control 3-phase motors. This device can operate at a temperature range between -5 and +50 degrees Celsius (23 to 122 degrees Fahrenheit) for industrial applications and weighs approximately 10.89 Kilograms (24 Pounds) while shipping.
