The 150-C37NCR is a smart motor controller offered by Allen-Bradley as part of the Bulletin 150 series of motor starting solutions. This unit features a compact design that is able to produce up to 30 horsepower at 60 hertz and 22 kilowatts at 50 hertz. The controller offers three-phase control and operates at a rated voltage range between 500 and 575 volts. The input frequency ranges from 50 to 60 hertz and the controller uses a 24-volt AC/DC signal as its control power. The controller supports a motor current within a range of 12.3 amperes to 37 amperes. It is compatible with Line connected and Delta connected motors. The unit has a rated impulse voltage of up to 6 kilovolts. It features a selectable current limit of up to 450 percent of the full load current. The electronic overload capability is offered with an adjustable trip class. This reduces the system downtime and protects the connected motor from damage. The controller features six (6) silicon controlled rectifiers (SCR) that are able to control the voltage passed on to the motor. The module offers five (5) modes for stopping and starting the motor. It also features a built-in bypass. The bypass contacts are rated to operate at AC1 levels of current. The module uses SCR bridging to reduce waste heat generation while operating the motor. This module comes in an open style enclosure and has an IP00 Ingress Protection rating. It has a weight of 0.86 kilograms, or 1.9 pounds, and it has physical dimensions that measure 44.8 millimeters x 139.7 millimeters x 110 millimeters.
