The 150-F25NBD enhances both the motor start and stop efficiency employing microprocessor-based soft starters with seven start and stop modes. This Allen-Bradley controller can be used with 3-phase motors and includes six silicon controlled rectifiers (SCRs) to control the conduction time, minimize the heat, and monitor the motor torque and voltage during different phases such as starting, running, and stopping. This 150-F25NBD SMC FLEX controller delivers a power of 15 horsepower and 11 Kilowatts. This motor controller permits to control the voltage rating range from 200 Volts AC to 460 Volts AC with a motor current draw of 25 Amperes. The 150-F25NBD controller handles the SCRs during the switching current process which allows an increase in robustness and lifetime for harsher environments. The 150-F25NBD smart motor modular controller provides a front keypad with liquid crystal display (LCD). The 150-F25NBD controller includes one DPI port to link communication modules and an extra-human interface. This Allen-Bradley product can operate at a temperature range of -5 degrees to +50 degrees Celsius (23 degrees to 122 degrees Fahrenheit) for industrial applications and weighs approximately 5.7 kilograms (12.5 pounds) while shipping.
