The ArmorStart LT is a pre-designed motor control system that offers excellent value and strong performance for industrial automation needs. This control system is easily integrated with other Rockwell Automation products. It provides outstanding performance at a modest cost to meet today’s needs in size, simplicity, and performance. It also offers a compact footprint, which is important when space is at a premium. The Allen-Bradley ArmorStart LT does all of this without sacrificing performance or functionality. This Allen-Bradley ArmorStart LT offers Full Voltage, Full Voltage Reversing, or Variable Speed control performance. This unit is equipped with a UL Listed at-motor disconnect that supports a lockout tag out (LOTO) provision. ArmorStart LT is suitable for group motor installations and may be applied with either branch breaker protection or fuse protection. It provides a robust IP66/UL Type 4/12 enclosure suitable for water washdown environments during a single box construction, which will minimize inventory needs.
The user must make external connections from the bottom of the unit.

The Allen-Bradley ArmorStart LT can be ordered with EtherNet/IP or DeviceNet network support. Each unit is equipped with quick disconnect receptacles for I/O and the network. Users will be able to make use of tools such as a Logix Add-On Profile, setup wizards, auto-generated tags, and embedded web server support. These features allow access to status and diagnostics from anywhere in the world. The ArmorStart LT also can be configured with a variety of different options, which will further reduce installation and commissioning time. The optional internal power supply (IPS), eliminates the necessity to run separate control power.
